Honorable James Goodman (1964-2019) was Of Counsel, focusing on restructuring creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. He served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge for the District of Maine from 1981-2001, including Chief Judge from 1990-97. He was involved in numerous complex corporate disputes and liquidations, and taught in international programs.
