Judge Matthew 'Matt' Simmons served as a Superior Court Judge for 24 years, including 4 years as Chief Judge, and as Sixth District Administrative Judge and a member of the Judicial Council of Georgia. He presided over a wide variety of civil cases. He also has political experience, serving as a City Councilman and Mayor of Forest Park, and was an adjunct professor of business law and income taxation.
