About Howard

Howard is a founding member, general counsel and managing partner of StolzenbergCortelli, LLP since the inception of the firm in 2014. Prior to that, he was the managing partner of a personal injury firm for over 18 years. Howard acquired his Juris Doctor (JD) in 1990 and for the last 32 years has been a civil trial lawyer and persistently fighting for his client’s rights. He has always only represented those who are injured. Howard is known as a fierce litigator, aggressively fighting for his clients. He is a strategist, mapping out from the beginning of the case how the lawsuit will proceed in order to maximize the result. He is the firm’s chief negotiator. He takes his over 30 years of experience and applies it to the particular facts of the case and the applicable law in order to get the best result possible. Howard has recovered millions of dollars for his clients.
