Howard N. Wiener

Howard Wiener received his bachelor’s degree from Rutgers College and his law degree from Seton Hall University. After law school, he was Law Secretary to the Honorable Julius A. Feinberg, J.S.C., in the Essex County Superior Court. He was an Assistant Essex County Prosecutor for four years. He then became an Assistant Prosecutor in Union County for ten years.
