Howard Schwartz was a founding partner of Schwartz Barkin & Mitchell, practicing law in Union for over 55 years until his passing on March 11, 2021. He served as Union Township Board of Education Attorney for over 30 years and also as Springfield Township Attorney and School Board attorney in Roselle and Linden. He was known for his strong, intelligent, and ethical advocacy.
