Hugh H. Bell

About Hugh

Hugh H. Bell (retired) practiced almost exclusively in public utilities law, representing telecommunications, natural gas, electric, and water utilities before various commissions. His practice also included general corporate representation. He served as an officer in the U.S. Army Finance Corps from 1966 to 1968 and started his practice with the firm in 1968. He holds a B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison (1963) and a J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School (1966). He volunteers at the Chazen Museum of Art and with the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
