About Hy
Hy Mayerson practiced law in Pennsylvania for over 50 years, graduating from Temple University School of Law in 1963. He gained national recognition for his role in the first Agent Orange class action and his work on forklift accident cases. He is recognized as a national authority on forklift injury cases and contributed to safety improvements. He is the founding attorney of Mayerson Injury Law and is now retired.
