About Hyatt

Hyatt Browning Shirkey is the founding attorney with more than a decade of experience, having defended hundreds of cases across Virginia, including felonies, misdemeanors, and civil cases. He has experience at both state and federal levels, focusing on juvenile legal matters, child custody disputes, and DUI charges. He developed a passion for law early, learning diligent research and client connection as a paralegal. In law school, he was the first student published in the Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law, an article later cited internationally. As a former public defender, he is committed to providing top-notch representation without exorbitant fees, taking time to understand clients' concerns and develop tailored strategies. He was selected to Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2018 to 2023 and named to the National Academy of Family Law Attorneys-Top 10 Attorneys Under 40 (2018-2019).
