About Hyram

Hyram M. Montero graduated from Loyola University of Chicago and The John Marshall Law School. Admitted to the Illinois Bar in 1980 and Florida Bar in 1982, he has over 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs in complex personal injury and wrongful death cases, including traumatic brain injury. He has handled over 350 jury trials and 200 non-jury trials. He is a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and is a Board Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian.
