Mr. Rodriguez is a 1996 graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice with a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. He graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 2001. He worked as an investigator for two years before law school and joined this firm in 2003. He has handled a wide variety of cases including automobile accidents, construction accidents, trip/slip and falls, dog bites, and negligent security cases, and also litigates matrimonial and family law cases. He is a member of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the New York State Bar Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is fluent in Spanish.
