J.A. Sowell joined ELPO as an associate attorney in August 2017. A lifelong native of Bowling Green, J.A. is a graduate of the University of Louisville Brandeis School of Law and Western Kentucky University. He worked as a clerk at ELPO for two summers during law school. He is dedicated to serving the people of Bowling Green and Southcentral Kentucky.
