About J.
Alex Timmons focuses his practice in the areas of civil litigation representing motor carriers, drivers and logistics providers in personal injury, property damage, and complex litigation. He also represents clients in insurance coverage and contract disputes. He regularly defends clients against tort and contractual claims, including personal injury and premises liability. Alex is a member of Moseley Marcinak’s Emergency Response Team. When an accident happens, Alex responds immediately to guide clients and drivers through the first 24 hours post-accident. In addition to providing these Emergency Response services, Alex creates and maintains close contacts with clients throughout litigation and beyond. He has tried more than 25 cases to verdict across South Carolina.
