About J.
Mr. Murphy was born in Clarksdale, Mississippi and grew up in Helena, Arkansas. He has resided in Atlanta with his wife Jennifer Murphy since 2003. Mr. Murphy’s wife, Jennifer, is a teacher at the Lovett School in Atlanta. Mr. Murphy received his B.S.B.A. from the University of Arkansas in 2000. In 2003, Mr. Murphy graduated Cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law. Mr. Murphy began practicing with the law firm of Germano & Kimmey in 2003. The firm name changed in 2003 to Kimmey & Turk and became our present firm in 2010. Prior to graduating law school, Mr. Murphy interned with The Honorable Robert F. “Bobby” Fussell of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Arkansas.
