J. Michael McDonald is a Louisiana injury attorney. He graduated from St. Amant High School and received his Bachelor’s in Political Science from the University of Louisiana-Monroe. He attended Southern University Law Center, graduating cum laude in 2018, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity and served on the Trial Advocacy Board. He earned two CALI Excellence Awards in Admiralty Law and Offshore Personal Injury classes. Admitted to the Louisiana State Bar in October 2018, he is also admitted to practice in all Louisiana Federal Courts and the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. He joined Bateman Law Firm in December 2018.
