J. Robert Bell III, “Robby”, is a South Florida native who was born and raised in North Palm Beach. He attended Cardinal Newman High School in West Palm Beach where he graduated in the top ten of his class, lettered in varsity football and baseball, and was the recipient of the Scholar Athlete of the Year Award.
