About J.
J. Steven Justice is a Partner at Dungan & LeFevre, having joined in 2011 after 15 years as a partner with a large regional law firm. He practices civil litigation and criminal defense, and represents non-profit corporations. He has extensive experience in business/commercial litigation, employment disputes, environmental matters, real estate litigation, personal injury, and class action lawsuits. He is admitted to the bars of Ohio and several U.S. Courts of Appeals and District Courts. He is a graduate of Anderson University, Southern Baptist Theological Seminary, and the University of Cincinnati College of Law. He was elected President of the Dayton Chapter of the Federal Bar Association for 2016-2017 and received the Federal Service Award.
