While in law school, Mr. Sanchez clerked in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s office in Tampa, Florida. His attention to detail has earned his clients’ impressive results, including: Obtained an acquittal after trial for an individual charged with Driving While Intoxicated in a local Town Court. Successfully defended at trial a contractor alleged to have spread asbestos throughout a building which resulted in a total loss of the building. Had a mechanic’s lien removed against a client’s home and successfully defended the breach of contract claim at trial.
