Jake Peters was born March 14, 1960, in Council Bluffs and is a fourth-generation member of the Peters Law Firm in Council Bluffs. He began working full time for the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, joined as an associate in 1985, joined the firm as a partner in 1990 and has worked there continuously ever since. Jake's practice is currently confined primarily to Iowa Workers' Compensation Claims on behalf of the Claimant, but also handles claimant's cases in Nebraska. Jake Peters also handles personal injury and automobile litigation.
