Jake Peters was born March 14, 1960, in Council Bluffs and is a fourth-generation member of the Peters Law Firm in Council Bluffs. He began working full time for the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, joined as an associate in 1985, joined the firm as a partner in 1990 and has worked there continuously ever since.
