About Jacob
Jake is a civil litigator with extensive experience representing clients on both sides of the courtroom. As first chair in state trials, arbitration and summary judgment motions, Jake has represented clients as defendants and as plaintiffs. Jake takes pride in keeping his clients up to date with a straightforward, problem-solving approach to their legal matters. He has argued numerous motions before both Utah State and Federal District Courts, in addition to prevailing as the first chair attorney at trial before the King County Superior Court in Washington State. Jake began his legal career in 2013 representing homeowner associations in Utah. He also practiced in Seattle, WA. Jake’s practice focuses on commercial litigation and defending local and national companies and individual clients regarding personal injury, construction, business, and real estate matters.
