About Jacob
Jacob Paschal is a partner attorney at Haney Paschal & Romoser, P.C. He graduated from Huntsville High School, received his Bachelor of Arts with highest honors from the University of Texas at Austin, and his J.D. from Baylor University School of Law in 2008. He practiced law in Houston for five years focusing on litigation before returning to Huntsville. He handles personal injury, business disputes, debt collection, wills, probate, family law, and criminal law matters. He is admitted to practice in Texas State Courts, Federal Courts (Southern, Eastern, Northern Divisions), and the United States Court of Federal Claims. He was elected secretary of the Walker County Bar Association in 2014 and selected to the 2015 list as a member of the Nation’s Top One Percent by the National Association of Distinguished Counsel. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Huntsville since 2014.
