Jacob Z. Weinstein is an experienced and aggressive litigator. He began his career prosecuting complex securities fraud matters and later served at the Kings County (Brooklyn) District Attorney’s Office, where he was known for his strong approach to criminal cases. He has successfully handled a wide range of criminal cases, including murder trials, fraud, wrongful arrest and prosecution, 1st and 4th Amendment violations, sex offenses, gun/firearm cases, and drug/drunk driving matters. He has been recognized as a Superlawyer in Criminal Defense for 2017, 2018, and 2019. He holds a Bachelors in Talmudic Letters and Rabbinic Ordination. Mr. Weinstein is licensed to practice law in New York State and the Southern and Eastern Federal Districts of New York.
