Jacqueline M. O'Donnell

Jacqueline M. O'Donnell graduated from the Honors Program at the University of Scranton in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. She attended Seton Hall Law School and worked at law firms and the Newark Office of the Public Defender. She was appointed Director of the Juvenile Justice clinic and handled bail hearings.
