About Jake

Jake Weinstock’s practice focuses on helping clients with traumatic brain injuries and severe orthopedic and spinal injuries, as well as handling first-party hurricane claims. He graduated from Loyola University in 2013 and Tulane University School of Law in 2016. He is actively involved with AAJ, Louisiana State Bar Association, and Louisiana Association for Justice. He has been featured in the Louisiana Jury Verdict Reporter for his trial results, including a $350,000 verdict in 2018 and a $1,000,000+ settlement in 2020. He was named to the Top 40 Under 40 List by the American Academy of Attorneys in 2019.
