About James
James A. Chortanian is an associate attorney at Hodes Milman, where his practice is focused on prosecuting medical negligence and personal injury matters. Prior to joining Hodes Milman, James defended physicians, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in medical malpractice cases for almost nine years. Realizing that his true passion is to help victims of negligence, James joined Hodes Milman in 2022, bringing with him years of experience in defending healthcare providers. James’ experience provides him with a unique insight regarding the workup and strategy that goes into both defending and pursuing medical negligence and personal injury matters. This experience allows James to optimize his litigation strategy and obtain the best possible results for his clients.
