James C. Beardsley

Our lead attorney, James C. Beardsley, grew up in a small town in rural Maine near Acadia National Park. He attended college at Worcester Polytechnic Institute before completing his law degree at the University of Maine School of Law. During his time as a Captain in the United States Marine Corps, he served as both a prosecutor and a defense attorney at Camp Lejeune. James then worked as a litigation attorney in a large Maine law firm. In 2006, he joined Lowry Law and began exclusively handling personal injury cases.
