Mr. Mitchell’s area of practice has always been civil litigation. He has tried approximately 50 jury trials and around 200 plus court trials and arbitrations, as well as handling all aspects of over 43 appeals. This consists of plaintiff’s personal injury, legal malpractice, employment, business and real property cases, including insurance bad faith and coverage cases.
