About James

James D. Nutter joined Parkowski, Guerke & Swayze, P.A. as a Director in December 2012 and is a resident partner in the firm’s Georgetown office. His practice focuses on state and local government relations, administrative and regulatory compliance, personal injury litigation, and criminal defense. He is a member of the Nominating Committee of the Delaware State Bar Association and the Magistrate Screening Committee. He earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Delaware in 1993 and a J.D. from Widener University Delaware Law School in 1997. He was admitted to practice law in Delaware in 1997.
