James Durbin began his legal career in 2018 as an intern under Brian Mitchell, focusing on workers’ compensation, personal injury, and civil litigation. As a victim of a hit-and-run accident, he is dedicated to representing accident victims. He graduated from California Western School of Law and is a member of the California State Bar. He also holds a B.S. in Finance from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, and is a fluent Spanish speaker.
