James E. Schrempf

Jim Schrempf has been engaged in the practice of law in Alton, Illinois, since 1976, after graduation from the University of Illinois College of Law. Jim focuses his practice in the area of municipal law. First appointed as attorney for the City of Alton in 1977, Jim has developed a reputation as a leading attorney in municipal law and intergovernmental entities.
