About James
James E. Skinner began practicing law in 1995 and formed Skinner & Associates, L.L.C. in 2007. He has broad experience in personal injury, real estate, and family law, having spent his early career in personal injury defense and insurance fraud. He has tried many jury trials and settled hundreds of cases through direct negotiation, mediation, or arbitration. He has represented clients in State Appellate Court, Federal Appellate Court, and the Illinois Supreme Court.
