Licensed to practice law since 1993, James has spent his entire legal career litigating personal injury cases and advocating for his clients. He has appeared in various forums in the State of Hawai‘i from administrative hearings to oral arguments before the Supreme Court of the State of Hawaii. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
