Originally from Bloomington, Indiana, Jim graduated from the University of Dayton where he played baseball for the Dayton Flyers. Jim has represented hundreds of injured plaintiffs in personal injury litigation, auto accidents, slip and falls, and products liability cases. He is admitted to practice before the Indiana Supreme Court, Ohio Supreme Court, Indiana Court of Appeals, all trial courts, as well as the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.
