James J. Carroll is the owner of the firm. He has a law degree from Seton Hall and a Master of Laws degree from NYU. He has taught at Rutgers Law School, Stockton College, and Fairleigh Dickinson. He has over 25 years of experience as an attorney and has worked for the N.J. Attorney General’s Office, the Essex County Prosecutor’s Office, the New Jersey Turnpike Authority; he has served as a municipal attorney for the Townships of Galloway, Hamilton, Weymouth and the City of Egg Harbor; and he has extensive experience in both the private and public sector. James J. Carroll has tried numerous cases at both the State and Federal level in both civil and criminal courts. Through his many years of governmental service and political involvement, Mr. Carroll is able to assist clients in developing prompt solutions to complex situations.
