James J. (“Jay”) Varellas III

Prior to joining Varellas & Varellas, Jay practiced as a litigator at Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York and Fenwick & West in San Francisco, where he litigated large-scale class actions and other complex litigation matters around the country.
