Jim Kelleher was born and raised in Buffalo, New York. He received his undergraduate education at LeMoyne College in Syracuse, New York where he played intercollegiate basketball. After receiving his degree in Political Science in 1980, he attended the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School receiving his Juris Doctorate Degree Cum Laude in 1983. Upon his relocation to Florida in 1996, he joined Morgan and Morgan, becoming a partner and managing partner of the Southwest Florida office in 2002.
