James’s recent experience includes a clerkship with the Connecticut Superior Court, where he was responsible for researching legal issues and drafting memoranda on behalf of the state’s judges. He participated in the Environmental and Maritime Law Societies during law school. As a Law Fellow in the Rhode Island Sea Grant Law Fellow Program, James was responsible for researching and presenting his findings on environmental and marine law issues to non-profits and government agencies.
