James J. Sisto, Esquire, LLM (Tax) is the founder of Berkshire Elder Law Center PC, an elder law and estate planning firm established in 2005. He began his career as a tax consultant and CPA. He worked for 7 years as an estate planning and real estate attorney for a small Pittsfield law firm before starting his own practice in 1998. In 2025, he formally merged his practice with Martin Hochberg & Cianflone, PLLP as a full-time partner.
