James “Skip” Sullivan was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. He served as an Assistant District Attorney before exclusively defending DUI cases with Chestney & Sullivan since 2006. He is certified by Georgia law enforcement in Standardized Field Sobriety Testing and ARIDE, and trained on Intoxilyzer 5000 and 9000. He frequently teaches DUI defense to other lawyers and law enforcement.
