James has spent his entire time as an attorney (aka the last decade) working on all aspects of plaintiff personal injury cases. This includes meeting clients aftering their injuries, advocating in Court, presenting their cases at trial, and arguing on his clients behalf in the Appellate Court. He prides himself on using his experience, training, and skills to provide his clients assistance and aid one what many would consider to be one of the worst days of their lives. James has traveled to corners of California and Nevada to provide his clients aid and investigate accidents, do site inspections, and ensure that his clients are taken care of to the best of his abilities.
