James L. Rose, a 1982 graduate of the University of Florida College of Law, co-founded the Rice & Rose Law Firm in 1986. He retired in 2016 after a 30-year successful partnership with Paul Rice. He was installed as the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce’s 2014 Chairman.
