James P. Cowles was admitted to the New Hampshire and U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire bars in 2008. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Conservation from the University of New Hampshire (2004) and a J.D. from Vermont Law School (2008), also completing coursework for an M.S.E.L. at Vermont Law School. He has served as the Carroll County Governor for the New Hampshire Bar Association and as a Board Member for several community organizations.
