JAMES P. COWLES

James P. Cowles was admitted to the New Hampshire and U.S. District Court, District of New Hampshire bars in 2008. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Conservation from the University of New Hampshire (2004) and a J.D. from Vermont Law School (2008), also completing coursework for an M.S.E.L. at Vermont Law School.
