James P. Patuto

About James

James P. Patuto was a founding partner of Galantucci & Patuto. He began his career as an Assistant Prosecutor in Essex County and later transferred to Bergen County, handling major cases including homicide and serious drug cases. After leaving the Prosecutor's Office, he co-founded Galantucci & Patuto. He handled defense of criminal cases in federal and state courts, serious civil cases, and defended law enforcement members. He passed away, and is remembered for his ability, humor, warmth, and mentorship.
