James R. Cooper

Mr. Cooper earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and his Juris Doctor from The Ohio State University. Before he was admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Ohio, he was admitted to practice law in OH, in 1972. Mr.Cooper also has the ability to practice before the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and the United States Court of Military Appeals.
