Attorney James (Jamie) Fox has spent his career helping accident victims and other people who have been treated unfairly. He has more than three decades of experience championing rights in court, dealing with aggressive insurance companies, and handling various injury cases including motor vehicle accidents, workplace negligence, toxic exposure, and medical malpractice. He also stands up for victims of sexual harassment. A lifelong resident of West Virginia, he is dedicated to family and community, actively involved in civic activities, and coaches youth. He is a member of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of West Virginia, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit, as well as The American Association for Justice and the West Virginia Association for Justice. He has been recognized as a 'Top 10 Attorney' in personal injury, 'Top 100 Trial Lawyer' and 'Premier 100 Trial Attorney'.
