James R. Kamensky is a partner in the Firm’s Personal Injury Practice. James received a B.F.A. in Theatre from New York University. He completed his J.D. at Florida International University. James joined Kanner & Pintaluga in 2019 to provide effective advocacy to individuals affected by life altering circumstances and primarily represents personal injury claimants in automobile negligence and premises liability matters.
