Jim Stinsman is a Partner at the firm. Prior to joining the firm, Jim worked as a trial attorney for one of the largest personal injury firms in Philadelphia. Jim also served as an Assistant District Attorney in Philadelphia, where he was a lead trial attorney in the Family Violence and Sexual Assault Unit. He graduated from Temple University with a Bachelor of Arts and cum laude from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law. He has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of clients injured by the carelessness of others. He is admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania and the United States Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
