James T. Normand

Mr. Normand joined JMFN in 1987 and is currently the managing member of the firm. Born and raised in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, graduated Oak Ridge High School in 1980, East Tennessee State University Cum Laude, with a BA in Accounting, in 1984 and the University of Tennessee, College of Law in 1987, where he was a member of Gamma Beta Phi Legal Honor Society.
