Jim inherited his father Richard’s problem solving abilities, Jim is often appointed by the Probate and Family Court for various complicated and problematic estates and guardianships. Being both an experienced litigator and estate planning and administration practitioner, Jim carries unique qualifications. Appointed one of the youngest Public Administrators for Hampden County to serve as fiduciary for estates with no executors, Jim was recognized in 2002 by Business West Magazine as one of the top ten attorneys under 40 in the region and voted Super Lawyer by Boston Magazine.
