Jan K. Seigel founded the firm in 1976. He is known for his victories in the courtroom, having tried over 150 jury trials and winning multi-million dollar recoveries in auto, trucking, and fall down cases. He earned undergrad and law degrees from Georgetown and a Master of Laws from NYU. He served as a prosecutor and was awarded 'Young Lawyer of the Year' by the New Jersey State Bar.
