Jan is an associate within the real estate and transactional law practice group at Zeldes, Needle & Cooper, P.C. He focuses his practice in the areas of condominium association law and residential real estate purchases and refinancing, assisting in the purchases of commercial bridge loans and hard money loans, and contract review and drafting.
